Job Description
We are looking for a reliable skilled Maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities run smoothly.The ideal candidate will have prior work experience and solidtechnical knowledge as well as being dependable and selfmotivated.
Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs on equipment fixtures and systems
- Install necessary equipment and appliances as needed
- Maintain grounds
- Perform routine andpreventative maintenance to reduce risk of future issues
- Respond to maintenance issues promptly
- Perform necessary cleaning activities
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Maintenance worker
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
