Their innovative services helpbusinesses stay connected and they pride themselves on delivering exceptionalcustomer support. They are now looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineerto join their team and help continue providing topnotch service.

The Position

Salary:

Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Sales Executive tosupport our sales team. This is an entrylevel role ideal for someone lookingto develop a career in sales. You will be responsible for conducting marketresearch booking appointments for the field and outbound sales team andassisting with various sales activities.


The role offers a competitive starting salary between 14000 and16000 per year with the opportunity to earn commission. The specifics ofcommission structures will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities:


Market Research:Identify potential business opportunities through research and analysis ofmarket trends and customer needs.

AppointmentSetting: Book and manage appointments for the field and outbound sales teamsensuring an efficient and streamlined process.

Lead Generation:Assist in generating leads through cold calling email outreach and othercommunication methods.

DatabaseManagement: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions andsales activities in the CRM system.

Sales Support:Provide general support to the sales team including preparing presentationsreports and proposals.

FollowUp:Maintain consistent followup with potential clients to nurture relationshipsand support the sales cycle.

Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team to help achieve sales targets and objectives

Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status toapply for this role.

Requirements

Desired Qualities Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes (preferred but not essential)
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
