Job Description
This is a fulltime position with predominantly daytime hours. Some nonstandard work shifts may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward employees and customers.
- Practice uphold and teach core Primary Arms expectations and procedures for an excellent customer service experience.
- Respond to agent and customer interactions in person or by phone email and chat about product issues and return resolution.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Address product questions using applicable tools (e.g. NetSuite PrimaryArms and manufacturer websites).
- Work with Receiving Team to unload and sort incoming packages.
- Inspect all incoming customer returns.
- Determine disposition of returned products.
- Review returns sent to accounting for processing.
- Contacts customers regarding PA optics warranty results and resolutions.
- Assists Government Sales team with inspection of items returned from agencies.
- Assists in the inspection of problem products in the Distribution Center.
- Other duties as assigned within the Primary Arms Team.
