Job Description
Your Role:
Were seeking a skilled and detailoriented midlevel professional to play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are prepared and presented to meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough checks on vehicle service histories to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying and documenting car equipment and features for advertisements.
- Supporting the creation of highquality vehicle listings that appeal to buyers across the EU market.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with automotive standards.
- Staying updated on industry trends to improve processes and ensure accurate representations.
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
- To excel in this role youll need a combination of automotive knowledge and attention to detail:
- Experience in the automotive industry (e.g. vehicle sales appraisals inspections or similar roles).
- Basic technical knowledge of cars including service histories equipment and features.
- A structured detailoriented approach to handling information and processes.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Familiarity with creating or managing vehicle advertisements is a plus.
- Passion for cars and the ability to quickly learn about different makes and models

Work Details:
Location: AUTO1 Albania Headquarters
Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday 5 working days with 2 days off) from 08:00 to 17:00.
