Job Description
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns and requests about products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the customer base
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
