Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit train and manage a team of insurance agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Drive growth and expansion of the agency network.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any subject
Min 1 year experience in any sales
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
