Youll be an essential member of the VIP Team providing an unbeatable experience for our VIP clients. You will provide a service that exceeds our customer expectations taking ownership and ensuring queries and issues are resolved on the first contact. Youll be working in a fastpaced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Your daily tasks will be
Building longterm customer relationships to increase engagement and gain the loyalty and trust of VIP players;
Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and managing players proactively;
Delivering outstanding service to VIP players through chat and telephone calls ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and personalisation.
Acting upon opportunities that drive retention growth and reactivation monitoring new potential VIPs increase product and brand knowledge;
Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses take advantage of most recent player betting behaviours;
Identifying and providing datadriven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer issues;
Analysing the performance of your portfolio key KPIs;
Applying the best practice in relation to hosting and attending events which will require frequent travelling.
What we expect from you
At least 3 years experience within the online gaming industry;
Understanding of cryptocurrencies sports betting and casino games;
Very good English language skills both written and verbal. Any other language skill is a plus;
Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye on detail;
Commitment to delivering the absolute best VIP experience;
Proactive and positive mindset ability to handle stressful situations and challenging conversations with the customers;
Ability to multitask and priorities the daily workload;
Project management skills.
