Job Description
Job Overview:
As an Entry Level Data Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by analyzing and interpreting data to help us make informed decisions. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to collect organize and analyze data related to project costs timelines and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect organize and analyze data from various sources including project reports financial records and client feedback.
Develop and maintain databases to track project costs timelines and performance.
Create reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Identify trends and patterns in data to help improve project efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide datadriven insights.
Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in mathematics statistics economics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel SQL and Tableau.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Must be willing to work fulltime and be based in San Diego CA.
