Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative: Provide outstanding service to customers via phone email and chat. Address customer inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
Content Moderator: Monitor and review usergenerated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.
Requirements
- French (B2C1 level for some project only Native) and intermediate English (B1B2 level)
- Problemsolving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory
- EU Citizenship or Working VISA
- Willingness to Relocate
