Your work will focus primarily on structuring drafting and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions as well as intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions public offerings financings and other multidisciplinary transactions. If you want a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions and have 36 years of experience .

Associates will primarily work on structuring drafting and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions including license service development distribution and partnering agreements. Associates will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions public offerings financings and other multidisciplinary transactions.

A technical or science background is beneficial but not required. Candidates must have experience in intellectual property transactions and a strong interest in a career focused on intellectual property and commercial transactions. Preference for position to be filled in Palo Alto San Francisco Seattle Austin Boston or Washington D.C.
