Job Description
Location: REMOTE
Job Type: CONTRACT Long Term
We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager IT to lead and manage software development projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will coordinate crossfunctional teams ensure alignment with business goals and drive project with a focus on efficiency collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Agile Project Management:

Lead Agile/Scrum teams to deliver highquality software solutions.

Plan execute and monitor IT projects ensuring timely delivery.

Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Scrum & Agile Practices:
-
Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach to facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives etc..
-
Foster a culture of Agile best practices continuous delivery and iterative development.

Remove impediments to ensure the development teams efficiency.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
-
Work closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and QA teams to align project goals.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.

Drive decisionmaking and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Risk & Issue Management:
-
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-
Ensure proper tracking and resolution of issues affecting project timelines.
-

Process Improvement & Reporting:
-
Measure project performance using Agile metrics (velocity burndown charts cycle time).
-
Recommend and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
-
Maintain project documentation reports and status updates for leadership.

Educational Background:
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
-

Experience:
-
5 years of IT project management experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).

Experience working in software development cloud or IT infrastructure projects.

Technical & Agile Expertise:
-
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMIAgile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) preferred.

Handson experience with Agile project management tools like JIRA Confluence or Azure DevOps.

Understanding of DevOps CI/CD and cloud platforms is a plus.

Excellent leadership communication and team facilitation skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
