Job Description
Job Role: Call Centre Executicve
Experience: 35 years
Location Gurgaon
Female candidate preferable having Real estate experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound queries and providing relevant information.
- Making outbound calls for cold calling and lead generation.
- Maintaining a record of calls and customer interactions.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service tele calling or sales (preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections confidently.
