Job Description:
Overview:
Building out asset servicing and an instructional application for the worldwide investment market.
Application is called instruction capture servicing. New application just being built went live in October 2024
There is old legacy applications that this new application is replacing and is now live. This application is used for Instruction capture and serving other LOBs.
Working on cloud data storage with Azure and Oracle databases.
Putting into the cloud themselves. CI/CD they will be delivering code changes frequently.
They do their own testing and deployments on the team
Instruction caption service team is about 30 people in US and India.
Scrum team from 610 people interacting with the product owner and senior developers.
Experience Level:
57 years is the sweet spot for this
Industry Experience:
Financial Experience is preferred. But as long as they have the Tech Stack skills
Nice to have:
Investment industry knowledge
Docker experience with CI/CD deployment into Azure specifically
Good command of an additional programming language (HTML NodeJS CSS JSON Angular JavaScript)
SWIFT messaging experience
Team Culture: Team of 30 people across the globe. Some US India and soon to be Poland. They will works in a pod of 610 other developers and join the team as a MidLevel asset.
Work environment: Agile environment with daily stand ups and speaking with their product owner or architect.
Location: Pittsburgh PA is preferred Lake Mary is 2nd option
Term: 12 month contract. Intention is to go fulltime. But the overall team of 30 people they need 3040 fulltime the rest are contractors. So it depend on the headcount towards the end of the contract.
Interview: Panel INTs. Aiming for all on the same day. Will likely be 1 hour to an hour and a half total
