Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. As a Receptionist you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors: Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all
guests.
Answer and direct phone calls: Manage a multiline phone system screen and
forward calls and take messages as needed.
Manage visitor log: Keep accurate records of visitors issue visitor badges and
maintain security protocols.
Handle mail and deliveries: Receive sort and distribute incoming mail and
packages; prepare outgoing mail.
Assist with administrative tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical
support including data entry photocopying and filing.
Schedule appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments
and conference rooms.
Maintain reception area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with
all necessary materials (e.g. pens forms brochures).
Support office staff: Assist with various tasks as needed by other departments
and team members.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications
in office administration are a plus.
Experience: 3 yrs

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. fax machines printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Customer service orientation.
