Job Description

At TLG Global we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance in our financial operations. As our organization continues to expand we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fund Compliance Officer to ensure that our financial activities remain in strict alignment with industry regulations and best practices.



Role Overview

The Fund Compliance Officer will serve as a critical resource in ensuring regulatory adherence across all company operations. This role demands a strong understanding of financial regulations exceptional analytical skills and effective communication abilities. You will be responsible for developing implementing and managing compliance policies and procedures reinforcing the company s commitment to integrity and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company operates within all applicable financial and regulatory frameworks proactively addressing any changes in laws or standards.
  • Policy Development: Design implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures that align with industry requirements and company objectives.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously oversee company activities to identify and address compliance risks. Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and external entities.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct regular employee training sessions to enhance awareness of compliance requirements and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Risk Assessment: Collaborate across departments to perform comprehensive risk assessments creating mitigation strategies to minimize regulatory risks.


Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related discipline.
Certifications: Professional certifications in compliance or finance are highly preferred.


Experience:

Prior experience working with regulatory entities such as CMVM(Portuguese Securities Market Commission) is mandatory.

A strong financial background with knowledge of regulatory landscapes is essential.

Experience in the real estate or investment fund industry is a significant advantage.

Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and identify compliance risks.

Communication: Proficiency in written and verbal communication to effectively deliver training create reports and manage stakeholder interactions.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure compliance accuracy and risk mitigation.
