Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM Maryland Time
Number of working hours per week: 40 hours
Prepare examine and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.
Develop and maintain financial databases accounting software systems and manual filing processes.
Prepare and analyze budgets comparing actual costs to projected figures.
Assess business operations trends revenues and costs to forecast future financial performance.
Provide strategic financial recommendations to management based on indepth financial analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors tax agents and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Collaborate with management teams to deliver datadriven financial insights.
Stay updated on evolving financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification (strongly preferred).
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Expertise in pivot tables and advanced Excel functions.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
