Job Description

Location: ThaneMumbai
Department: Service Operations / Customer Support
Experience: Minimum 14 years
Reports To: Customer Help Desk Manager

Job Overview:

The Technical Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer queriestroubleshooting issues related to air conditioning systems and providing remote technical assistance. This role involves diagnosing problems guiding customers through solutions and escalating unresolved cases to the field service team while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Technical Support Executive HVAC Systems

Provide remote troubleshooting and customer support for air conditioning systems. Diagnose AC issues guide users through solutions and escalate complex cases to field technicians. Maintain issue logs and contribute to knowledgesharing resources.

2. Customer Support Engineer Air Conditioning

Handle inbound/outbound queries related to AC performance connectivity and troubleshooting. Assist customers with error codes smart AC controls and coordinate with service teams for onsite support. Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.

3. Remote Technical Support AC Troubleshooting

Resolve ACrelated technical issues remotely including smart connectivity and appbased controls. Provide excellent customer service maintain call logs and track complaint resolution. Experience with HVAC systems CRM and troubleshooting tools preferred.

4. Service Desk Engineer HVAC Support

Deliver customer support for AC breakdowns and performance concerns. Diagnose issues offer stepbystep troubleshooting and coordinate field service visits. Monitor service status and improve resolution times.

5. Smart AC Support Specialist

Assist customers with WiFi/Bluetoothenabled AC units troubleshooting smart controls and connectivity. Provide remote technical support ensure customer satisfaction and escalate critical issues for onsite resolution.



Requirements

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Electrical or HVAC Engineering (Preferred).
  • 14 years of experience in technical support preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience in customer service/help desk roles is an added advantage.
