Job Title: Energy Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary: Were seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Energy Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Vision Mechatronics. As a key member of our sales team youll play a crucial role in driving business growth developing new customer relationships and promoting our innovative energy solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the energy sector
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct product demonstrations presentations and training sessions to showcase our technical features and benefits
- Provide Expert Advice and Guidance:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on technology upgrades energy efficiency and related products
- Develop and submit tender documents customer proposals and sales contracts that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams
- Collaborate with our technical team to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Gather market intelligence and stay uptodate on industry trends competitor activity and regulatory changes
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of energyrelated products and solutions including renewable energy energy efficiency and energy storage
- Excellent communication interpersonal and sales skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
Nice to Have
- Experience working with energy storage systems solar PV systems or other renewable energy technologies
- Knowledge of energy efficiency measures including building insulation lighting systems and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with energy management systems including energy monitoring and control systems
