About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Handle group queries both domestic and international by coordinating with concerned airlines and travel agents.
Action group queries to match budget requirements for group closures.
Reply to flight and fare enquiries from customers.
Process ticketing and refunds including agent and corporate queries relating to reservations and ticketing.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and verbal skills.
Knowledge of fare calculations and group reservations.
Good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
A clean complexion and good body language.
