Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Lexington Kentucky
Salary: $26.00 $28.00 per hour (with shift differential available)
Shift: Monday Thursday 12:00 PM 10:00 PM 10Hour Evening Shifts
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a permanent mobile imaging role based in Lexington KY. This is a fulltime evening shift position offering competitive pay shift differentials and the opportunity to work independently in a variety of healthcare settings including skilled nursing facilities home health and correctional institutions. Relocation assistance and state licensure reimbursement after 90 days are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic mobile Xray exams using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) equipment
- Capture and transmit clinically competent images to Radiologists for interpretation
- Conduct EKGs (as needed) and submit to Cardiologists for review
- Transport and set up imaging equipment at care facilities
- Scan and upload examrelated paperwork and billing forms per protocol
- Communicate effectively with dispatch clients peers and supervisory staff
- Maintain company vehicle and ensure proper functioning of imaging equipment
- Participate in oncall duties and provide weekend coverage as needed (counts as overtime)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification required
- Valid Kentucky radiologic technologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift move and operate mobile imaging equipment
- Excellent time management communication and interpersonal skills
- Mobile imaging experience is a plus but not required
