About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Outbound Sales Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts maximize revenue and drive client retention. This role requires a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and create business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general sales support including needs analysis data review and product demonstrations.
- Act as a customer advocate and liaison ensuring client needs are effectively communicated to product management and development teams.
- Prepare forecasts and progress reports to track sales performance.
- Develop tailored solutions for prospective clients to generate new and expand existing business.
- Monitor and analyze market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Initiate strategies for small medium and large businesses to drive revenue growth.
- Evaluate and refine strategies across marketing sales and advertising to enhance business performance.
- Manage time efficiently and contribute to teambuilding efforts.
- Develop and implement strategies for existing accounts to increase engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular followups with both active and prospective clients.
- Maintain and update client profiles to track interactions and business opportunities.
- Meet daily call targets of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fresh to 2 years of experience in sales consulting or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to multitask organize and prioritize work.
