You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly organized proactive and techsavvy Remote Executive Assistant to support seniorlevel executives in managing their daytoday operations. This role requires a selfstarter with exceptional communication skills strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel.
Handle email correspondence prioritize messages and draft responses on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports presentations meeting agendas and minutes.
Coordinate virtual meetings video conferences and internal communications.
Perform data entry document management and light research tasks.
Track deadlines follow up on action items and keep the executive informed of key priorities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role (remote experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar Meet) Microsoft Office Zoom and other remote collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently take initiative and solve problems quickly.
Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana Notion).
Experience handling executive support across time zones.
Background in business administration communications or related field.
