Develop or manage wrapping processes for interior trim parts
Evaluate and select materials for durability and appearance
Ensure quality standards are met on the production line
Contribute to process optimization and cost reduction efforts
What Were Looking For:
3 years of handson experience in automotive trim wrapping (development or production)
Strong understanding of materials and adhesives
Able to interpret technical drawings and quality specifications
