Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to $2000 (including bonuses)

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a fastgrowing construction and outdoor living company specializing in highend decks and outdoor spaces. The team blends craftsmanship and professionalism to create spaces their clients love.

Position Overview:

Were seeking a driven and resultsoriented Outbound Sales Representative to generate new business through proactive B2B outreach. This role is focused on identifying engaging and converting potential partners through strategic cold outreach and relationshipbuilding. Youll work closely with the founder and project management team to drive sales pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales (B2B): Identify target businesses conduct cold outreach (calls & emails) and schedule highquality meetings.
  • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: Assess lead potential maintain CRM records and track followups to optimize conversions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop rapport with key decisionmakers to nurture longterm business opportunities.
  • CRM & Reporting: Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot JobTread) and generate performance reports.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in outbound sales lead generation or business development (remote experience preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English (higher proficiency preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot JobTread or similar).
  • Highly organized selfmotivated and comfortable working independently.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in construction design or real estate.
  • Based in Latin America or South Africa with PST schedule availability.
  • Previous success in a commissiondriven sales role.
