Location: Remote Latin America
Salary Range: Up to $4000/month
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST

About the Company:
Sagan represents a diversified business owner operating multiple companies including a metal subcontractor and fabricator in Oklahoma and auto repair shops in Texas. This role will be the first dedicated finance hire supporting financial planning and oversight across multiple businesses.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Controller to oversee financial operations provide strategic insights and ensure financial health across multiple businesses. This role will focus on cash flow forecasting financial modeling reconciliations and internal controls while also supporting budgeting risk management and financial reporting. Given the multientity structure the ideal candidate must be able to work independently analyze complex financial data and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain 13week cash flow forecasts to support business planning.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to aid decisionmaking.
- Oversee cash reconciliation and financial reporting across multiple businesses.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and compliance measures.
- Provide budgeting and forecasting support to improve financial efficiency.
- Work closely with the business owner to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with the existing bookkeeper and VA to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in finance accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong skills in cash flow forecasting financial modeling and financial reporting.
- Experience with multientity businesses or managing finances across different industries.
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
- Highly proactive and independent work style with strong attention to detail.
- Expertise with accounting and financial tools (QuickBooks Excel or similar).

- CPA CFA or relevant financial certifications.
