Location: Mnster or Hamburg Germany
Work Model: Hybrid (Flexible home office days upon agreement)
Travel: Minimal (e.g. occasional sales meetings in Hamburg)
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Controller to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager ensuring efficient financial planning analysis and decisionmaking support. This role offers high flexibility a strong employeefriendly culture and a direct impact on business growth and strategy.
Responsibilities
1 Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain controlling tools and financial processes.
- Conduct regular reporting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
2 Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Support datadriven decisionmaking.
3 Process Improvement
- Improve financial processes for better efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement innovative controlling solutions for business growth.
4 Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 4 years in controlling ideally in a senior or leadership role.
Technical Skills
SQL & Power BI: Musthave for data analysis & reporting.
Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Strong analytical skills with a structured working style.
Languages
German: Fluent (Minimum C1 level mandatory.
English: Preferred but not mandatory.
Education
University degree preferred but not required if the candidate has significant relevant experience.
Stable career history No frequent job changes.
NicetoHave Skills
Experience in the IT & Communication Technology industry.
Familiarity with mediumsized enterprises (Mittelstand).
Understanding of financial analysis in Sales & Marketing.

Team & Collaboration
- Reports directly to the General Manager (GM).
- Works closely with one other controlling colleague.

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 60000 (final offer based on experience & qualifications).
Bonus: Possible depending on negotiation & experience.
