Job Description
Job Title:
ITS Solutions Engineer / Senior ITS Engineer
Location:
Kuala Lumpur
Role Overview:
Responsible for implementing testing troubleshooting and maintaining Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for bus networks. Ensures highquality deployments system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct system testing (FAT SAT regression integration).

Deploy software troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability.

Provide technical support and manage ticket resolutions.

Implement and integrate ITS solutions with thirdparty systems.

Collaborate with teams and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
MustHave:
-
Software testing networking (TCP/IP VOIP) cloud platforms (AWS) scripting (Python Shell) IoT troubleshooting.
NicetoHave:
-
AWS/DevOps certifications ITS standards knowledge VOIP expertise cybersecurity awareness.
Education:
-
Degree in IT Software Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
-
5 years in testing deployment and support.
-
ISTQB certification preferred.
Additional Details:
-
May require international travel.
-
Occasional afterhours work for system maintenance.
