Job Summary:
Our client a Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company is seeking an IT Senior Manager to provide tactical support for our local IT teams across global delivery centers. This handson management role involves ensuring smooth IT operations supporting network infrastructure security compliance and service delivery while leading teams and solving technical challenges in a dynamic multisite environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee local IT teams ensuring optimized server and storage strategies and meeting IT SLAs. Maintain asset management and documentation.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement proactive security measures manage cyber threats and ensure business continuity. Oversee audits and certifications (ISO SOC TISAX NIST).
- AI Integrations: Lead AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency.
- Desktop & Service Support: Manage IT support teams resolve issues efficiently and improve helpdesk processes.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Develop and mentor IT teams promote skills training and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Main Requirements:
- MustHave: Bachelors degree in a related field 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in leadership expertise in Google Workspace IT infrastructure cybersecurity frameworks (ISO SOC NIST) and leading crosscultural teams.
- Preferred: Experience in BPO/IT service delivery or managing teams in Kenya Cambodia Laos or the US. Familiarity with impact sourcing.
