Our company provides a white glove service so attention to every detail is a must. Our office is in Dunedin and the majority of our customers are located throughout Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties.

What Youll Be Doing:

Be the first friendly point of contact setting appointments and answering questions about our services.

Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments send estimates and follow up on leads.

Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.

Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.

Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer followups.

Who Were Looking For:

A people person with a warm clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.

Detailoriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!.

You are a professional: You keep your desk neat clean and organized so everythings handy and ready for use.

Youll learn to use our software understand jobscopes and estimating too because youll know that this keeps everyone
informed from the customer to the service experts to the team here at the office.

You dress in business casual and have the ability to pass a drug and background check.

Someone who brings positive energy and enjoys working on a friendly supportive team.
