Job Description
We are seeking a hands on and customer centric Part Time Store Manager to drive theDavid Lawrence team in our Myer Garden Cityconcession store.
We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced fulltime Store Manager who has a passion for people styling and visual merchandising.Leading the team you will be responsible for end to end store operations within your concession store responsibilities including; Customer service and loyalty achieving sales budgetsvisual merchandising stock control recruitment scheduling andreporting.
This is a Tuesday to Friday roster. No late nights. Total of 30 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2years experience as astore manager in fashion retail;
- Concession management experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceedingstore budgets/KPIs;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion;
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a highperforming team; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
