We are actively looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Intern at Nxt Level. We specialize in professional staffing services for fulltime employment for our customers. We partner with some of the best Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering and Law Firms in the US.
We are looking for someone thats driven and motivated to explore the world of recruiting. In this role you will learn how to source attract and represent candidates to our clients using cold calls email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn inMails.
So what are the responsibilities for this position
We are going to ask you to wear a lot of hats. You will work with and for a recruiter or account executive on the team. Your goal is to help them as much as possible. Think of yourself as their sales and marketing assistant.
What you should bring to the table:
Consultative: You understand how to ask the right questions and dive into the details. You arent afraid to look stupid to make sure youre an assuming things. We all know what they say about folks that assume.
Innovator: You are always looking for strategies to improve everything you do! Efficiency is key! We want to reduce as much redundancy in our process as possible. Youll help us fix our systems to make your life easier.
Leader: You lead others by example setting the pace and demonstrating the validity of the strategy with superior . You patiently mentor others and your collaborative input is valued and appreciated by your teammates.
Requirements:
Experience: We expect you to be hungry to learn. We believe that actions speak louder than words and want someone thats ready to roll up their sleeves.
