Job Description
Responsibilities:
Business Analyst:
Participate in collaboration with business units and understand challenges gaps and solutions in business processes and technology.
Elicit document and ensure a clear understanding of business requirements that accurately definesuccess criteria and align with business objectives.
Develop and communicate project documentation to technical teams ensuring mutual understanding of requirements.
Define and manage project requirements utilizing project management and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT coordinating and managing efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
Product Owner:
Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlog in alignment with product strategy.
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure clear understanding among relevant teams.
Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to align work with productstrategy.
Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
Lead productrelease plans setting expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
Serve as product ambassador internally and externally sharing knowledge and answering questions.
Requirements:
Five or more years of experience in product development.
Strong academic track record with a bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related discipline.
Indepth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
Understanding of business value related to features and functions.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English and Romanian.
Sharp analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
