About the Role
An Outstanding secondary school in Brent is seeking a dynamic Computer Science Teacher to join their technology department from September. The role involves delivering engaging computer science lessons across all key stages and fostering students digital literacy and programming skills. We are looking for a skilled Computer Science Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging computer science lessons across all key stages.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
- Develop students digital literacy and programming skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback. We require a Computer Science Teacher who can perform these tasks.
- Contribute to the development of the computer science curriculum.
- Organise and lead computer sciencerelated extracurricular activities such as coding clubs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Computer Science.
- Proven experience in teaching computer science at secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and digital technologies.
