ABOUT THE ROLE:

The firms Corporate Group is seeking a midlevel associate 46 years of experience) for their Century Cityoffice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with companies across various sectors such as technology finance entertainment manufacturing and much more.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 46 years of corporate law experience
• Experience withreal estate joint ventures including preferred equity joint ventures
• Experience withsecurities offerings related to joint ventures and other syndications
• Experiencedrafting LLC agreements LP agreements and other related documentation
• Experience withfund formation (real estate as well as venture and/or private equity)
• Experience withM&A transactions including with asset and equity purchase transactions
• Experience with others securities transactional and regulatory matters including compliance with the Investment Company Act the Investment Advisers Act the Securities Act and other regulatory requirements is preferred but not required
• AmLaw 200 firm experience is preferred
• Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
• Active CaliforniaBar admission
• Detailoriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically
• Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented fastpaced environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Compensation: $240000 $300000
