Avantor zoekt momenteel een gemotiveerde Administratief en Logistiek Medewerker om het team in Beerse te versterken. Binnen deze diverse job zal je administraieve taken opnemen maar ook algemen laboondersteuning bieden en meer! Misschien werk je momenteel in logistiek dienstverlening of verkoop en heb je een algemene interesse in de wetenschappen dus dan is dit jouw opportuniteit om in een laboomgeving terecht te komen!

Je werkt in een voltijdse functie en dit op de site van onze farmaceutische klant met locatie in Beerse. Je werkt met interimcontracten daar het gaat om een tijdelijke vervanging. Naast een aantrekkelijk salaris ontvang je maatlijdcheques een goede balans tussen werken priv en gratis fruit op het werk. Je komt terecht in een functie waar je veel kan leren en een eerste ervaring kan ontwikkelen binnen de sector.

Werkuren: Maandag vrijdag flexibele starttijd tussen 07:45 en 09:00 en vertrek vanaf 16:00

Het team

Je zal werken in een fijn team van 13 collegas dat focust op Sample Management. Dit team maakt deel uit van ons departement Lab & Production Services dat toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven en laboratoria over de hele wereld ondersteunt door hen te helpen met onderzoek en ontwikkeling.

Wat we zoeken

Ervaring:

• Is niet vereist motivatie primeert!
• Ervaring binnen een GMPomgeving is een sterke troef maar niet vereist

Vereiste vaardigheden:

• Goede vaardigheden met MS Office
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en goede kennis Engels
• Leergierig sociaal en handson mentaliteit
• Verantwoordelijk respectvol tegenover regels en procedures en gestructureerd

Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben

• Stalen ontvangen en registreren in het interne ITsysteem
• Stalen verdelen over de site
• Archiveren van labodata
• Aanvullen van labomaterialen en vloeibaar stikstof
• Opvolgen van stock en controleren van vervaldata
• Ondersteunen bij diverse laboondersteunende en administrtaieve taken
