Job Description

Material Data & Systems Readiness is an integral part of the Americas (AMR) Operations Team. We are looking for an exceptional analyst with a record of successful influence crossfunctional collaboration and tactical to join our team. You should have strategic thinking skills and experience with a solid background in operations supply chain systems and/ or project management. In this position you will collaborate with our crossfunctional counterparts and project teams to help shape our material data and systems plan of that will be used to enable our gotomarket strategy.
Description
The AMR Operations Material Data & Systems Readiness Analyst should be a driven flexible and articulate problem solver who can multitask under dynamic timelines to meet product launch objectives delivering timely solutions for product launch objectives custom requirements across a broad range of capabilities and customized offerings. You will work independently in managing a portfolio of product setup for AMR andinfluence crossfunctional resources to meet deadlines. In addition to the tactical of part setup you will serve as subject matter experts on ongoing material data management projects to ensure adherence to all requirements collaborating with multiple groups including: AMR Operations Supply Demand Management/ Reseller Operations Logistics Retail Apple Store Online Business Process ReEngineering Corporate Compliance Product Ops Product Marketing Pricing Legal and others that are critical to build and deliver solutions to meet the needs of our evolving business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of SAP preferable in material data setup.
- Consistent record of leading global strategic projects combined with a strong ability to execute tactical activities and tasks under tight and competing deadlines
- Develop and utilize analytical models to evaluate complex data sets identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions.
- Experience in program and/or project management with very strong analytical problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- BA/BS Required. Ideally in Supply Chain Business Finance Economics Marketing Engineering Computer Science or Management Information Systems or relevant field.
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities
- Confidence in managing ambiguity
- Proven experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization
- Demonstrated ability in business process reengineering with an acute attention to detail and continuous innovation
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Present defend and influence supply chain capability and technology roadmap to Apples leadership and crossfunctional
- stakeholders.
- Ability to improve process via prototype tools using analytic skills like VBA Tableau and Pyhton/SQL.
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals including data structures algorithms and software development enhancing problemsolving capabilities and project efficiency.
- Drive quality in process demonstrating accountability deep root cause analysis and quality focused process engineering
- Develop time dependency models for key milestones building contingency plans and knowing when to recommend changes and/or when to escalate.
- Identify process improvement/change management opportunities (tools workstreams systems) and drive solutions from conception through implementation.
- Evaluate customer and supply chain risks implementing contingency plans to mitigate consumer impact including adhoc /analytical problem solving during unprecedented events.
- Stitch across a global crossfunctional/matrixed teams throughout the supply chain both technical and functional adjusting communication and messaging for intended audience/stakeholders.
- Demonstrate and explain complex business plans/processes systems and/or tools with a focus on the upstream/downstream impact and relationship between multiple functions and/or decisions.
- Engage with crossfunctional stakeholders to gain perspective on scalability risk and unique regional differences; drive bestpractices globally and strengthen harmony among integrations.
- Ensure customer and internal confidential data is protected throughout our supply chain.
- Drive Support innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apples Sustainability and ecofriendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.
- MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
