FIELD INSPECTOR/ANALYST
SASKATOON SK or REGINA SK

We are seeking a Field Inspector or Analyst to join our dynamic team and uphold our Brand Promise. This remote position can be based in either Saskatoon or Regina.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Youll conduct site inspections collect data and collaborate with colleagues to provide accurate data to determine replacement cost values of buildings furnishings and equipment. Youll work with a variety of buildings from private sector properties to public sector facilities capturing details on buildings furnishings equipment measurements and photographs. Youll gain experience across many sectors including multiunit dwellings commercial municipal and education. You may also assist with report creation cost data research and costing as needed. This role requires 3040 travel primarily within Saskatchewan with occasional Western Canada and national travel.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Youre eager to start or advance your career in appraisal with a dynamic growthfocused organization. Youre proactive goaloriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. You enjoy building positive relationships with stakeholders and are committed to providing high levels of service and meeting our Brand Promise. You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Youre willing to travel regionally and nationally and have a valid drivers license.
You have the following credentials:
Full proficiency in reading writing and oral interactions in English. Proficiency in additional language(s) is an asset;
Postsecondary education;
Solid construction knowledge;
Field inspection experience Appraisal or cost estimating experience understanding of building design and the ability to read blueprints are assets; and
A combination of education knowledge and experience will be considered.
