Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze design and optimize SAPenabled business processes across key modules (e.g. SD MM PP).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure test and implement SAP processes while ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic guidance for process optimization and automation.
- Lead workshops document processes and provide expertlevel support to end users.
- Manage system upgrades troubleshooting and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
- Serve as a liaison between operational teams and central experts functions.
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Solid experience in SAP system configuration implementation and support with expertise in one or more key modules.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess complex processes and propose practical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in driving process improvement projects and familiarity with change management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in a related field (IT Business Administration or similar); SAP certification is a plus.
