We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional to join our Client Service Team who can jump in find new clients and close Cost Segregation Opportunities. This is a salary plus commission position.

Essentials:

Proven track record of hitting numbers and delivering great solutions for your client base selling cost segregation opportunities.

A consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives.

Proven experience in active sales & successful track record of closing new deals.

Strategic thinking in respect to the market and client needs.

Strong skills in building relationships and clientorientated attitude.

Ability to hit the ground running with solid knowledge about the benefits of a cost segregation study.

Excel at building relationships internally and externally to drive incremental business value and revenue.

Requirements

Three plus years selling cost segregation opportunities.
