Position Title: Technology Senior Expert CCGT Assets
Reports to: Manager Asset Management International
Division: Asset Management

2. JOB PURPOSE:
Manage and optimize CCGT assets implementing advanced technologies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency ensure regulatory compliance and maximize profitability while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships and aligning with organizational sustainability goals.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Asset Management
Manage the daytoday operations of CCGT assets ensuring they operate efficiently reliably and in compliance with corporate quality guidelines.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency and output of CCGT assets using advanced management technologies and practices. Adopt and integrate innovative technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervise the maintenance programs for CCGT assets ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned and executed to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Ensure that all CCGT operations comply with local and international regulatory requirements maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Implement and oversee sustainability practices in the management of CCGT assets to minimize environmental impact and promote longterm sustainability.
Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including regulators industry leaders and technology providers to support CCGT asset operations and expansion.
Contribute to the strategic planning and development of CCGT assets aligning with broader organizational goals and the asset management strategy formulated by the Asset Management Manager International.
Perform root cause analysis on any performance deficiencies and develop actionable plans to address issues and improve asset efficiency and profitability.
Strategic Contribution
Ensure effective cascading of the divisional strategy into sectional business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies.
People Management
Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the assigned section by setting of individual objectives managing performance developing and motivating staff to maximise sectional performance.
Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section collaborating with technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements.
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Manage the preparation and recommend the sectional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
Policies Systems Processes & Procedures
Develop and lead the implementation of department policies systems processes procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality costeffective service in a consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement
Lead the management of change through continuous improvement of department systems processes and practices taking into account global standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
Reporting
Ensure that all department reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet company requirements policies and quality standards.

6. Context Work environment & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
Key decisions significantly impacting the Asset Management department are referred to the Chief Asset Management Officer for approval before implementation.
The job holder possesses delegated authority as determined by the company’s Board of Directors and outlined in the corporate authority matrix enabling effective and compliant management.
7. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance Engineering or Business from a reputable university with a preference for the candidates holding an MBA.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of experience in similar roles in large companies of which at least 4 years are in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
