Job Description: RN Nurse Supervisor Skilled Nursing Facility (Night Shift)
Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to take on a leadership role in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
We are seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team at skilled nursing facility a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Pennsylvania. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering highquality care especially during the night shift.
Position Details:

Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift preferably)

Employment Type: FullTime

Compensation: $49$55/hr based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
-
Supervise and lead nursing staff during the night shift ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care.

Oversee patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and addressing any urgent medical needs.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents by following care protocols and responding promptly to emergencies.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure care plans are followed and adjust care as necessary.

Monitor and manage staff performance providing mentorship and guidance while ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Assist with staff training and foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
-
Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.

Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare or longterm care setting preferred.

Indepth knowledge of longterm care regulations and best practices.

Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.

Ability to manage and lead staff effectively during the night shift.
