About the Role
An Independent secondary school in Harrow seeks a Science Teacher to start ASAP for a temporary position. The role involves teaching general science at KS3 and KS4. We are looking for a skilled Science Teacher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging general science lessons at KS3 and KS4.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
- Develop students scientific understanding and practical skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the delivery of the science curriculum. We require a Science Teacher who can perform these tasks.
- Organise and lead sciencerelated extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Science.
- Proven experience in teaching general science at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for science education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. We need an experienced Science Teacher for this position.
