Job Description

Job Title: Multilingual Technical Support Specialist

Location: Athens Greece

Employment Type: FullTime


Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Polish Slovak Spanish French Danish Czech or Dutch. In addition a strong command of the English language is essential. This role is responsible for providing highquality technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Assistance:
    Provide timely and effective technical support via phone email and chat for our diverse client base.

  • Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Communicate clearly in both the applicants primary language and English.

  • Documentation:
    Accurately document support requests technical issues and their resolutions to help build a robust knowledge base.

  • Feedback and Reporting:
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to share customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product design and service delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Polish Slovak Spanish French Danish Czech or Dutch.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.

    • Familiarity with standard technical support tools and systems.

    • Basic understanding of networking and software applications.

  • Customer Service:

    • Proven experience in a customerfacing role ideally in technical support.

    • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple issues concurrently.

  • Work Environment:

    • Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

    • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to meet support demands.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar multilingual technical support role.

  • Prior exposure to technical systems IT support or customer service platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
