We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Polish Slovak Spanish French Danish Czech or Dutch. In addition a strong command of the English language is essential. This role is responsible for providing highquality technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple regions.
Technical Assistance:
Provide timely and effective technical support via phone email and chat for our diverse client base.
Issue Diagnosis and Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams.
Customer Engagement:
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Communicate clearly in both the applicants primary language and English.
Documentation:
Accurately document support requests technical issues and their resolutions to help build a robust knowledge base.
Feedback and Reporting:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to share customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product design and service delivery.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Polish Slovak Spanish French Danish Czech or Dutch.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Technical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with standard technical support tools and systems.
Basic understanding of networking and software applications.
Customer Service:
Proven experience in a customerfacing role ideally in technical support.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple issues concurrently.
Work Environment:
Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to meet support demands.
Experience in a similar multilingual technical support role.
Prior exposure to technical systems IT support or customer service platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
