Our Apprenticeship Office management assistant programme enables you to gain full time experience in a wide range of business areas at Visa whilst schooling for a IHK degree (chamber of commerce degree).
The Office Management Apprenticeship will give you a range of experience to help you start your career you could work in a wide range of teams including Sales and Business Performance Finance Marketing Client Services Risk and Product. You will complete up to 5 rotations to try and help you experience a range of different roles at Visa. We will help you unlock your potential at Visa dreaming up new ideas and gaining exposure to some of the most advanced tech in the industry as we turn wearables devices and even cars into new ways to pay everywhere you go.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Be ready to start fulltime work from September 2025
