Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Business Head to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in sales management with a proven track record of at least 57 years in the EdTech industry(Professional IT segment). This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop strategic sales plans mentor and support the sales team and contribute to the company s financial success through innovative and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for IT professional segments within the EdTech industry to drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities in the IT training and certification market securing partnerships and expanding the client base.
3. Collaborate with senior management and product teams to align sales efforts with the company s offerings and market demand in the IT professional space.
4. Lead and mentor the sales team ensuring they are wellequipped to meet the unique needs of IT professionals and enterprise clients.
5. Provide training and resources to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of IT products and services fostering a resultsdriven culture.
6. Leverage a deep understanding of IT professional requirements to create tailored sales pitches positioning the company as a preferred EdTech provider.
7. Stay updated on IT industry trends certifications and technological advancements to refine sales strategies and offerings.
8. Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in IT enterprises and training institutions to secure longterm partnerships.
9. Represent the company at industryspecific events tech conferences and networking opportunities to promote offerings and gain insights.
10. Drive profitability by setting ambitious yet achievable revenue targets focusing on IT professional segments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience in business development with 57 years specifically in the EdTech sector (IT professional segments).
Proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and building successful teams.
Education:
MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
