Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef who specializes in Arabic sweets and especially in Ballouriyeh to teach our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and presenting a variety of traditional Arabic sweets and desserts showcasing both creativity and attention to detail. The role involves ensuring the preparation of Arabic Sweets and Ballouriyeh From Scratch and making sure that our team masters it.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and create a wide range of traditional Arabic sweets especially Ballouriyeh.
Evolve recipes and develop new dessert items that incorporate seasonal ingredients or new culinary trends while maintaining the authenticity of Arabic sweets.
Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service hours.
Train junior staff in the preparation and techniques of Arabic sweets.
Maintain high levels of food quality and consistency ensuring all desserts meet the company s standards for taste and presentation.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with a good command of English
