Enterprise Architect Lead
Job Title: Enterprise Architect Lead
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Job Type: FullTime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect Lead to design oversee and implement enterpriselevel AIdriven architectures for MetaCap projects and clients. This role is critical in shaping scalable efficient systems that align with business goals ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies and digital transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture Design and Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks for AI systems including:
- System blueprints and technical roadmaps.
- Integration strategies for AI platforms cloud solutions and legacy systems.
- Data architecture designs for AIdriven workflows.
- Security and compliance frameworks.
- System blueprints and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure architectures align with MetaCap project objectives client needs and industry standards.
AIDriven Solution Implementation:
- Lead the design and deployment of AIpowered systems using Key AI Platforms and tools.
- Optimize architecture for scalability performance and costefficiency.
Strategic Planning and Oversight:
- Define longterm technical strategies for MetaCap projects aligning AI capabilities with business outcomes.
- Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives ensuring robust system integration.
- Provide architectural guidance for proposals presentations and client deliverables.
CrossDepartment Collaboration:
- Collaborate with AI engineers data scientists and project managers to align architectural designs with development efforts.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions leveraging tools like Zoho One and Google Workspace.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular reviews of architectural designs to ensure reliability scalability and compliance with best practices.
- Mitigate risks by identifying and resolving potential system bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
Knowledge Management:
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of architectural documentation standards and best practices using Google Workspace or Zoho One Applications.
- Establish governance processes for architecture versioning and updates.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor system performance metrics and architectural health using tools like Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho One.
- Report to leadership on project progress architectural risks and optimization opportunities for MetaCap clients.
Technology Exploration:
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools cloud platforms and architectural trends.
- Recommend innovative solutions to enhance MetaCap s enterprise architecture capabilities.
- Train team members on architectural standards and tools like Moodle for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 5 years in enterprise architecture solution design or a related role with a focus on AI or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading architecture projects for complex scalable systems.Technical Skills:
- Proficiency as a power user of Zoho One Applications Google Workspace Microsoft Dynamics Moodle and Key AI Platforms (e.g. TensorFlow Azure AI or similar).
- Expertise in cloud architecture (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) AI integration and data modeling.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like TOGAF ArchiMate or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g. machine learning APIs big data).Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Benefits
Compensation and Contract Details:
Retainer:
- Flat rate: 60000 KES for managing architecture needs for MetaCap projects and clients.
- Hours: Fulltime 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Contract: Initial duration: 3 months renewable based on performance and project demands.
