Position: Oracle Apps Support Analyst

Job Description:
The Client is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to lead the implementation of Quest STAT for Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS). This position supports the team by automating and optimizing code migration processes reducing manual effort and enhancing overall system efficiency and reliability.
Main Skills:
- 8 years of experience implementing and administering Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) systems including handson experience with Quest STAT tool installation configuration and managing ERP environment connectivity for automated code migrations.
- 7 years of technical project management experience leading endtoend ERP or enterprise software implementation projects including change management system testing production rollout and postgolive support.
- 5 years of experience delivering enduser training and system documentation with strong communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Quest STAT architecture components including:
- Stat system administration client
- Stat application database
- Stat central agent and other necessary agents
- Define connections across ERP environments for seamless migration
- Collaborate with system administrators and management teams
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and developers
- Execute system configuration testing and production rollout
- Provide postgolive support and documentation
- Perform a STAT health check and participate in project wrapup activities
