Job Description
A SaaS company is seeking to hire an FP&A Manager. They are in NetSuite and Salesforce but this role will work heavily in Excel. Need a candidate who is proficient in cash forecasting and core budgeting and has experience with reoccurring revenue (ARR/MRR). Additionally this company requires someone with previous SaaS industry experience.
Duties
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide insights on financial performance and drive business decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to support pricing strategies and sales initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all financial reporting and documentation.
- Monitor organizational performance against budgets and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the development of financial models to support strategic planning efforts.
Requirements
Skills
- Strong expertise in financial sales pricing strategies and public accounting principles.
- Proficient in budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques.
- Solid understanding of GAAP regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field, or combination of education and equivalent relevant work experience. 2 years minimum experience 3 yrs. preferred) in grants and contracts management. Financial background.
