We are seeking a Customer Solutions Expert to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience and a strong background in sales sales channels and Salesforce administration. As a Customer Solutions Expert you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service identifying sales opportunities and leveraging the Salesforce platform to drive business growth. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales channels and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Proven experience with Salesforce administration and Salesforce platform
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
